Aluminum foil annealing furnace(double zero foil)

In view of the long-cycle and low-temp annealing requirement of double-zero aluminum foil, we developed a small-flow uniform distribution and diversion system at the bottom of the furnace.

This realizes the uniform heating of aluminum foil in a large space under low flow rate and low convection intensity. We also cancelled the traditional purge negative pressure design for degreasing, and replaced it with the negative pressure only design, which reduces the consumption per ton by 18% when compared with traditional furnace.
